梦想实现的路上，少不了艰难险阻，对于这些困难，要对自己充满信心，不断地去多尝试，多挑战，告诉自己：“我行！”，而且要一步一步向更高的地方前行，对自己梦想不放弃，不断的努力，才能给自己加油，让自己充满动力，向梦想前行。我们的奥运冠军邓亚萍，在小时候童年，因为父亲是一位体育教练，从小就立志要做一名优秀的运动员。但她的身高却显得很矮，而且手和脚都比较粗短，根本不符合体校的要求，体校的大门没能向她敞开。于是，年幼的邓亚萍跟父亲学起了乒乓球，父亲规定她每天在练完体能课后，必须还要做100个发球接球的动作。邓亚萍虽然只有七八岁，但为了能使自己的球技更加熟练，基本功更加扎实，便在自己的腿上绑上了沙袋，而且把木牌换成了铁牌，对于这样艰苦的训练，她从不放弃，不断的告诉自己：“我可以”，并坚持不懈的挑战更快的速度、更准的击球。付出总有回报，由于邓亚萍的'坚持，10岁的她便在全国少年乒乓球比赛中获得团体和单打两项冠军，并在后来不断的在奥运会中屡屡夺冠，为自己的体育生涯点上了一个又一个辉煌的印记。邓亚萍用自己的汗水灌溉了自己的梦想幼苗，让自己的梦想得以实现。

刚到舞蹈班的时候，我的心就像十五个水桶打水，紧张得都不敢进去。老师说：“快来，我们欢迎每一位新生!”我看着老师的鼓励，看着学生的期待，觉得我能做到，我会做的更好。我没有紧张，而是大方地走进了舞蹈班。

i am happy to join with you today in what will go down in history as the greatest demonstration for freedom in the history of our nation.
five score years ago, a great american, in whose symbolic shadow we stand today, signed the emancipation proclamation. this momentous decree came as a great beacon light of hope to millions of negro slaves who had been seared in the flames of withering injustice. it came as a joyous daybreak to end the long night of their captivity.
but one hundred years later, the negro still is not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languished in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. and so we've come here today to dramatize a shameful condition.
in a sense we've come to our nation's capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men, yes, black men as well as white men, would be guaranteed the "unalienable rights" of "life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness." it is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note, insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check, a check which has come back marked "insufficient funds."
but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation. and so, we've come to cash this check, a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.
we have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to make real the promises of democracy. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood. now is the time to make justice a reality for all of god's children.
from every mountainside, let freedom ring and when this happens, when we allow freedom ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of god's children, black men and white men, jews and gentiles, protestants and catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old negro spiritual:free at last! free at last!

这些人，只要社会各界能够伸出援手，他们很快就能睡上踏实觉了。
可还有一种人，看起来条件很不错，吃饱穿暖，还睡着席梦思，可他们还是睡不好。这可能吗？答案是完全有可能。这种人一般都是心理压力过大。可能是患上了绝症，生命进入了倒计时阶段，可能是最近生意不景气，走上了下坡路，还有可能是被各种人抨击，心里十分难受。他们物质上也许都很富足，可就是经常失眠，只有借助药物来使自己入睡。你想一想，如果你睡在席梦思上，可身上却压了一座山，你能睡得着吗？这种人，就是心里有一座山。
其实只要有乐观的心态，他们便能很快睡着。病人不好整天想“我还剩几天”，而应想“我还有几天”。生意不景气者应找机会全身心放松，放松完后发奋工作便可有成绩。而被抨击则应抱有闻过则喜的态度，有则改之无则加勉。发奋改善自己。这样，他们就能很快入睡。
以上几点，说起来容易，可真正做的到的又有几个呢？期望大家时刻持续着乐观的心态，一同来帮我完成这个梦想。
