我国的美食文化名镇四海，源远流长，赞美致辞难以言表。即使在工业革命的袭击下，国人仍旧保持逛集市，对食材的追求精益求精，延承创新了我们的国宝文化。
正如我所说赞美致辞难以言表，我所等待的纪录片不是歌功颂德的贡品。这部片子真正展现了全国各地的手工艺人，他们平常，踏实，延续着祖辈们的手法，耕耘，制作。这是有力度，有内涵纪录。
每一集，都有让我惊叹的新发现，或是从来没见过的美食，食材，或是从来不能想象到的制作方式。
如有不足之处，是篇幅比例上的混乱。每集45分钟居然囊括那么多的内容，相比片子表达中肯的前提下，相对草率，遗憾。比如，每集在一个宏大标题地下，或南或北的采访了很多不同手工艺人，厨师等，略显次序上的混乱。如第三集“转换的灵感”表述了：豆腐，奶酪，酒，酱油。每一种（除奶酪外）都是中国美食的代表作，用一集篇幅囊括，可惜。
本篇从头到尾几乎只有旁白，有时旁白过多歌功颂德，45分钟很珍贵，在纪实，或赞美中，我选择纪实。
时不时我很乐意听到手工艺人和旁白的对白，这样延续朴实的纪录手法，更生活化，也更有说服力。
我期待一个如此高质量的纪录片，每周都有播出，将本片作为一个开始，我们还有几千几万个无数的篇章描述美食文化。

在2月27日晚，一年一度的《感动中国颁奖典礼》在北京举行，它讲述了9个人，两个团队用自己的力量，做出了各自利于祖国，利于人民，感动中国的光荣事迹。
其中，让我感受最深刻的是“援非医疗队”、“陇海大院”和好心人“炎黄。”
先来说说“炎黄”吧！我觉得张纪清爷爷（‘炎黄’）是一位非常善良，朴素，无私奉献的人，还有，虽然张纪清爷爷一个月的收入只有500多元，但是他却以坚强的毅力坚持捐款，更可贵的是这个“炎黄”，张纪清爷爷捐款时从不留名，总是匿名为“炎黄”，曾经全城动员寻找“炎黄”，但始终没有找到。张纪清爷爷的品质正是我们每个人都应该拥有的，如果人人都献出一点爱，世界就会变成美好的明天！
再来说说“援非医疗队”吧，提到这个，不得不提的就是2014年新“登场”的害人病毒——埃博拉。它使人闻之色变，2014年，埃博拉病毒在非洲爆发，许多人染上此病，不治身亡。其他国家可能为了自己国民的生命安全，把驻扎在那里的医生都调回了。有人退缩，自然有人冲锋，中国派遣的“援非医疗队”便是冲锋阵营之一，即使设备不算精良，但他们全力以赴，把许许多多的人从死神那里抢了回来，他们在别的领域上展开白衣天使的翅膀，救死扶伤。我认为他们能够与其他人不一样，这是非常值得赞扬的一点，别人正在往回撤，远离死亡线，而他们则不同，就像与死神抗争的勇士，把一个个鲜活的生命从死亡线里拉了回来，自己就算受到死亡的威胁也全然不顾，这种舍己救人的品质难道不值得我们学习吗？
最后，“陇海大院”这个500多人的集体成为了焦点，是啊，一人高位截瘫（高新海），全院照顾他，这真像一个温暖的小社会，处处充满真善美，处处都有欢笑，高新海是不行的，但是他还是感到幸福，因为在他的背后，有着陇海大院五百多人的坚守与支持……“陇海大院”应该是我看过《感动中国》最感动的一次了，我都巴不得搬到陇海大院去，感受那里的幸福，因为它告诉我们世界总有真善美，世界总有这样的人……
总而言之，感动中国每次都能给我新的感动，给我新的道理，重要的不是这个节目，而是这些感动中国的人怎么想，怎么做。
