第一章：无奈
前几天，妈妈办理了一张网银储蓄卡，让我在网上购物，我高兴的不得了，打开一看，我顿时丈二和尚——摸不着头脑，什么也不会，无奈之下，只得请人帮忙。
第二章：网购
问罢他人，我一知半解的打开电脑，按着步骤一步步的进行着，到了最后一步，需要输入支付宝密码，我顿时傻了眼，支付宝密码是多少，妈妈也不知道。再次询问后，得知可以进行密码修改，修改密码后，提交订单——确认支付。网购步骤结束。
第三章：等待
确认收货后，需等待三到四天才能到货。到了第三天，还没有一点消息，我也点坐不住了，便问商家，商家回答昨天正好是元旦，所以快递公司休息了一天，今天才是快递公司的第二个工作日，再等两天。
第四章：签收
