along with the improvement of living standards，people are no longer content with being fed and clothed adequately.they are more concerned about how to enhance their sense of happiness.
to a large extent，happiness depends on individuals’understanding about it.for some people，happiness relies on material basis.without which they can’t live comfortably and decently.for others，they believe that happiness has nothing to do with money.thus to enhance the sense of happiness is not equal to improving one’s material living standards.instead，people are supposed to confront their life with right attitude，to be active and grateful in order to have a happy life.
for my part，money does buy happiness.but only up to the point where it enables one to live comfortably.to boost one’s sense of happiness not only needs the material but also the spiritual enrichment. it encompasses living a meaningful life，utilizing your gifts and your time，living with reflection and objective.

有一天，妈妈下班后带回来一盆金钱树，就放到我们家大阳台上，对我说：”宝贝，快拿剪刀来，我要为金钱树治病，”我开心的为妈妈送去剪刀，妈妈一边修剪金钱树上的黄叶，枯枝，一边对我说：”宝贝，你知道这棵金钱树的来历吗？这盆金钱树是我们隔壁公司扔出来的，那一家公司倒闭了，可怜的金钱树被人遗弃在门外，变成现在这个淹淹一熄的样子了，我不忍心金钱树就这样可怜的死去，于是我就将金钱树带了回来，我要用我们全家人的爱，将金钱树救活，你说好不好啊宝贝？”我很好奇的问：”金钱树还能用我们家的爱来救活，真是天下第一大新闻！”
于是，妈妈就给我讲了她曾经在报纸上看到的一篇文章，说是有一个植物学家做了一个这样的试验：用两盆同样的植物放在两个不同的家庭，用同样的养护方法来养护这两盆植物，唯一不同的是，这两个家庭的生活气氛不同，一个家庭每天都有快乐的欢笑声从家里传出，而另一个家庭传出的是哭泣和打骂声，一个月以后科学家发现，这两盆植物有了很大的变化：快乐之家的那盆植物叶片发亮，长出了新枝嫩叶，而另外一个家里的植物却长的叶片花黄，有此可以发现植物能读懂人类的情感。在人类欢乐愉快地生活气氛中植物都能够茁壮健康的成长，由此可见，欢乐的生活气氛能带给大自然活力，我们也一做这个实验吧？
妈妈说，从今天开始，我们全家人不许吵架，每个人要多一份理解与关心，每天让金钱树听到我们全家人的欢笑声，而且妈妈还我要天天对金钱树说一些在学校遇到的开心快乐之事，我听了妈妈的话，很兴奋，于是我每天放学回家就对金钱树说：金钱树，我回来了，你好吗，我好想你！有时我对金钱树说：金钱树！金钱树，我爱你！这样过了一个月后，我们全家人发现金钱树的叶子变很油亮油亮的了！

the interview is about a journalist asked a worker that if he felt happy, the worker didn't react what the question is, he answered that he his name is not happy. the interview became hot, everyone was taking about it, "are you happy" has bee a greeting when people meet, they made fun of it. the reason why the interview bees so popular is that people lack of sense of happiness today, they find a way to make fun of happiness. as the development of technology, people live in a fast-pace lifestyle, the pressure from work is so heavy that people focus too much on work, they don't have time to relax, many people bring the work issues to home, keeping busy all the time.

继“人类使全球变暖”的丑闻传出后，地球又爆发出一个惊人的大的消息：“人类‘一懒无余’”！
胡适（1891～1962）先生用他的思想描写了一群典型的懒人—中国人。
读读文章，思索当今社会。恩，人类不仅仅懒，更重要的一点为了自己的利益而不惜诚实。
考上清华不容易。一高才生奔波在清华校内，他很苦恼—找不着校舍。忙乎了大半天也找不着个北儿，顿时累得瘫倒在地。
他大口大口地喘着粗气，心里满是对学校布置的埋怨。这时迎面走来一个白发苍苍墨香满身的老人，梨子脸儿。他就是本故事的重点人物。“小伙子呀，你这样着急这样筋疲力尽的是为了什么呢？”
年轻人初出茅庐，结结巴巴有些稚气地回答：“奥，我在……找……校舍……”老人咳了几声，脸上随即露出慈祥地笑容。在这样的笑容中，几行皱纹引人注目。老人的心里此时有可能在想去校舍的路线。
“啊欠……”老人身体欠佳，常打喷嚏。“原来是为这事儿着急呐告诉你吧，是往前走……”说完便指了指方向。“我先帮你拿着行李，你去找，找到了再回来找我，我在原地等你！“
年轻人不大懂规矩，稀里糊涂地答应了一声便循话找去。
找了约摸半小时，又与同窗庆贺了一番。刚静下心来学习猛然想起行李还在老人手中。迟疑一阵后便不顾一切冲下楼去。……到了原地发现老人还在那儿左顾右盼。
如今的社会随着小康社会迅速发展，金钱成了各个企业和个人之间的桥梁，显得极为重要。然而人们口中常说的“诚实”乃是一颗毫不起眼的灰尘。在这个发展型的社会里，有多少人是像这位老人一样品质的呢？
胡适先生批评得太对了，一针见血地点到了社会的弊端。自己赚钱不踏实，居然去抢，去骗。这不是懒惰是什么？
就是这些人，用金钱缔造自己的“完美”。用“完美”浑浊社会。

someone asks me what on earth happiness means? i cant give you the eact definition of it, but im sure if you love and help others, youll get it.
ill never forget an old lady. she lives in a small house alone. its said that her husband and her son died in a traffic accident. how bitter her life is!but the old lady often helps others with a smile. whenever it snows, she is always the first to clean the paths. she looks after several children living nearby. i am one of them. i often remember the stories she told us and her kind smile. perhaps she is unlucky, but i think she is a happy person. her life is full of laughter and love.
but im sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad ways.they speak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms; they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others shortcomings. perhaps they feel happy at that time, but they will never get true happiness because they have lost their personality.
now i know what happiness is. it means kindness, love and unselfishness. above all, only bringing happiness to others can make you yourself get it.
