我怀着既期待又紧张的心情准备，在练习的过程中，英语老师为了要我适应计时铃声，控制好说完故事的时间，模拟了比赛铃声响起的各种突发状况。 当我第一次练习听到催促的铃声，我心想：“天啊！超过时间会被评审扣分！”顿时，我难过得流下伤心的眼泪。老师频频安慰我，要我心平气和熟悉比赛的气氛。
